7.Composition grammar

A composition is a one-line text script that places stored keyframe runs of P — glosses (named lexicon signs) and expressions (named affect deltas, §3.3) — on one timeline. This section defines that script language.

Each construct carries a since tag naming the tier in which it entered the grammar: Since 1.1.0 (basic), Since 1.1.1 (special functions and operators), and Since 1.1.2 (user functions). All three tiers are part of this IPL 1.1.2 document; the tags are not separately published versions.
